Conducting Primary Research: Analyzing Best Practices

Steps in analysis:

1.  Find and collect all recordings and paperwork created during research.

2.  Specify criteria or patterns you are looking to find.

3.  Note patterns, number of occurrences, and unique events that occurred.  

4.  Organize to best support reporting.
