About this Guide

In this guide, you will find books, movies, and online resources that will help aid you in the understanding of the LGBTQ+ community and the history behind Pride Month as well as support the growth and representation of DeSales University's LGBTQ+ community.

BeYou Alliance
The BeYou Alliance of DeSales University is a student-led organization that aims to nurture an inclusive campus community where all individuals feel empowered to live as their full authentic selves. Guided by the Salesian values of hospitality and gentleness, the BeYou Alliance will promote opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to come together and work to achieve a better understanding of issues facing the LGBTQ+ community on and off campus.
